The Nanfeng Kiln and the Gao Kiln are built along the mountain, just like a giant dragon descending from the sky, so the local residents called it "Dragon Kiln". The life of workers in the old society was difficult, and their food and clothing were not guaranteed. In every winter, many workers and nearby residents often walked into the open kiln to warm themselves by use of extra temperature of the kiln, and enjoy the grace of the dragon through the reincarnation.
With the good meaning of the reincarnation, some poor people suffering the difficulty without enjoy food and clothing pray for good luck through the reincarnation. During the dragon dances in autumn, some children often run into the yarn dragon to make a good luck.
